Our 30-Day Guarantee
Every product purchased from BeetKing Electronics comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no awkward questions, no restocking fees.
The 30-day period starts on the day your order is delivered, as shown on the courier tracking record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions.
The item was purchased directly from BeetKing Electronics (in-store or via this website).
The return request was made within 30 days of delivery.
The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, cables and manuals included.
The item is undamaged and in resalable condition — normal inspection is fine, heavy use is not.
You have the original receipt, order confirmation email or invoice as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened.
In-Ear Earphones
Earbuds and in-ear headphones cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are defective.
Batteries & Power Banks
Opened batteries, chargers and power banks are excluded for safety and transport regulations.
Installed Software
Software licences, operating system installs and activation codes are non-refundable once activated.
Custom Repair Orders
Special-order spare parts sourced specifically for your device cannot be returned once ordered.

Contact Us
Message us on WhatsApp, call the store or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
We confirm your return within 24 hours and give you an RMA number plus the return address.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely with all accessories and send it — or bring it to our Athens store in person.
Receive Your Refund
After inspection (1–2 business days) we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different colour, model or size? We are happy to exchange any eligible item within the 30-day window. Exchanges are usually processed the same day in-store, or within 2–3 business days for shipped items.
If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method. Exchanged items follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Something arrived broken or stopped working? We will make it right — fast.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Defective After Use
If a product develops a fault during normal use within the 30-day period, bring it in with your receipt. We will test it in our workshop and offer a repair, replacement or full refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Received
Received something you did not order? Keep it, tell us within 7 days, and we will ship the correct item immediately at no cost and cover the return of the wrong one.

Who pays for return postage depends on the reason for the return.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns. BeetKing is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit without tracking.
Warranty on Repairs
Our repair work is backed by a solid written warranty.
90 Days Parts & Labour
Every repair completed at BeetKing is covered by a 90-day warranty on both the replacement parts and the labour. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we fix it again completely free of charge.
Warranty Certificate
You receive a printed warranty certificate with every repair, listing the work performed, the parts installed and the exact warranty expiry date. Keep it — it is your proof of coverage.
What Voids the Warranty
The warranty does not cover new accidental damage (drops, liquid), tampering by third parties, or unrelated faults. Water-damage treatments carry a 30-day warranty instead of 90.
